I needed a garage door opener for a garage door on a barn built in 1972. Scotty Johnson was the technician I worked with. He had his work cut out for him because so much of the barn/ door had to be retrofitted to even accommodate a door opener. Scotty handled it with full confidence. He evaluated the situation and said “this this this and needs to be done. I can do it”. I took his word and he proved himself right. Very pleased with his work. He also said that he would back up his work if ever I needed. I did have to call him back out to adjust the door a few days after install, but he fixed it within hours. I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.
