Be very careful if you get the technician Justin Potter. He charged me for the powder coated springs, but installed the $100 each cheaper oil coated springs. And he did not tell me it would be 3% cheaper if I paid by check. Among other things.....Thankfully once I caught the over charge, I called and they refunded me the $200 difference. Not something I would have expected to deal with.

There are many garage door services in our area with good ratings. I prayed and asked God to help me select the right one. Precision was the first I contacted. The sales rep John called to set appointment and came on time. He took a genuine interest in our two odd size garage door needs. He took the time while on site to contact the door manufacturer who confirmed they could supply the doors. John also wrote the estimate and left a copy before leaving. I called John back after meeting with two other companies. He made arrangements to come that day to sign the contract. In just a few days I received an email from Sophia that doors had been ordered and install date was set. I called her because there was a install date conflict and also asked if she would send a copy of the order showing the odd sizes. She did all immediately and confirmed it by email. The installer Luke called the date and time Sofia and i had scheduled. He and another installer Edward were both Precision employees. They were very professional , worked well together, they were also well organized and kept the work area clean. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail. I am so glad we chose Precision for these doors.

Had an excellent experience with Precision Door for repair and adjustment on my garage door. Torsion spring was broken. Made appointment at night on their appointment scheduler. Worked great. Andy arrived on time and explained various repair options with no pressure to spend more than I wanted. He was super friendly and was in and out in less then 1.5 hrs. Both doors work great and are so much quieter.

One day my garage door stop working right after big noise like someone closed the door very hard. Garage door were used pretty often for 7 years. The same day I found Precision Garage in Internet and they promised to come next day. As for price I was told about $75 by phone. Next day I was notified by their technician it is super popular problem, garage door spring designed to support 10,000 round, etc… and there were 4 options starting $1,000 and each next option +$300. I decided to take 2nd option. All options covered by 1 year warranty. Replacement took 40-50 minutes. I am happy even I am not sure it was the best price but I got $150 discount for something. Garage door works good and produce less noise. So the only concern is to notify in advance about potential price to give people more time to investigate options.
