Michael was prompt. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He listened to my explanation of what I thought the issue was. He said I was correct. He assessed the problem and based on his experience he made his recommendation. He did not force his recommendation nor was he aggressive. He changed both tension springs, replaced all the rollers on the door. I’m satisfied with the finished product. My garage door opens a lot smoother and is quieter than before. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable because of him I will definitely make Precicion my go to for any future garage door servicing. I definitely will recommend Michael Ottosen as the go person for garage door service.
