After seeing your TV ad, I immediately called Precision. A technician showed up the same day! When Scotty Johnson arrived, i explained the problem. He offered three or four options. Since I didn’t want a “bandaid,” I choose option #2. While it seemed pricey at first, I came to realize quality work comes at a price. Scotty got the job done and answered all my questions. Greg and Scotty were super helpful. After checking our garage door, they went over all the options with me and were very patient while answering all of my questions. We discussed everything from the mechanics of the door to replacing it all together. They priced out all of my options and we ended up changing out my sensors, motor, rolls and tension rod. I’m very pleased with the work and the door is really quiet now. We are also able to control and monitor activity from our phones now.
