A single door spring was broken and booth cables. They said all the rollers needed to be replaced. Also the other garage double door needed all the rollers replaced and both cables. They were very knowledgeable and said the doors needed to be serviced every two years. I would have given them 5 stars but I think 1,800$ is a bit high.

Very pleased with our new garage door opener. Evan came out to troubleshoot a problem and started with a tune-up. He showed us a problem with our existing drive that led us to installing a new unit. He was able to get it installed in about an hour. It's been installed for a week and works perfectly. Pleased all around - they responded quickly to our initial request, Evan was clear about what he would do and what it would cost, and the work was done well.

Chris came to my house to fix a broken wheel and hinge on my garage. He was very helpful and informative on what went wrong and how to prevent this in the future. He replaced all wheels along with regular tune up and was in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend him and precision!

After calling the install vendor and another company that was also listed on the garage door I was unable to get a service person until Monday or Tuesday. I finally called a friend about 3:50 and they recommended Precision and their service is spectacular! I went to the website and actually used the “chat” feature and understandably the first available appointment was not until Monday morning. I explained the situation of how my husband was headed out for an appointment, pushed the garage door button and the spring broke and the garage door is so heavy we couldn’t get the cars out and our garage door is one of those doors that weighs so much you really can’t use a release button and just push it up. The “chat” then told me about the emergency option and fee and how they could have someone out between 6-10 pm. Evan from Prevision called me about 5:15 said he would be at the house in 25 minutes and he arrived before 6! He was compassionate, asked questions, and was so good at informing me of my options in getting the door repaired. Evan said the repair time would be about an hour. Evan finished within the hour, explained my warranty, shared my statement, I paid and he shared his business card, a sticker for Prevision (of course we put it on the garage door and removed the other stickers)and headed out! Thank you Evan! You made a not so happy experience much easier to handle with your excellent service skills. ~Jackie
