Update- 7/8/2023 bolt screw popped out and several other of these screws were loose as if stripped. I called company and set appointment for service, they would not if warranty covered or not until inspected. Service Tech Tim came out as scheduled and inspected the issues and decided it would be warranted and installed new bolts and checked others for proper tightening and also added screws across the door where others were found to be stripped and loose. Good service. From Andy on my first person to person contact and estimate to Sam via texting in their ordering and scheduling dept to Lenn by phone in scheduling to Jaxon and Andrew for the install, everything went as Andy described. So far excellent service and communication, which in this world of “maybes” is very refreshing. Thank you

second time in 5 years using precision door; different problems. 1st time they replaced two lower panels , this time they replaced broken springs. Each time they have been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & meticulous. The prices are fair, not cheap. They do excellent work& use good materials. Highly recommend them, and Scotty J. our tech is the actual best. Nice to know if we need help again, we can just call them without any hesitation.

One of the springs on our garage door broke yesterday about 5:00 pm and PDS made an appointment for us the next day which was great bc both of our cars were in the garage and the door was inoperable. Our technician, Richard, did a great job replacing the springs in about 30 minutes! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely call PDS when we have a garage door issue in the future! I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and met with them the next day. Ordered a door and due to my schedule had to wait 2 weeks to have it put up. I was called 1/2 hour before they arrived and they were in and out within 2 1/2 hours. The guys were respectful and cleaned everything up before leaving. They spent a few minutes with me to ensure that I knew how to program everything and were patient with me when I asked them to reprogram the door opener. The door looks great and I could not be happier!
