What a great experience! That probably seems odd for a garage spring replacement but what I thought was gonna be a disaster ended up being wonderful. Jon Holbrook was extremely professional, courteous and knew what the heck he was doing! He kept in contact through out the day which helped us plan our day around his arrival. He immediately knew what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and provided an estimate of the costs. After I approved his recommendations, Andy immediately got to work. Once finished, he took the time to explain everything he did and the associated warranties. Andy represents his company very well and he made a 5 star impression!!

The service by Precision Garage Door was top-notch and excellent! Our garage door apparatus was broken and needed a new part. Andy came the next day, (today,) and made repairs, upgraded hardware, oiled all hardware. He went beyond the call of duty and made a little repair to some trim that had come loose from the opening over time. I am beyond thrilled, because it's hot out now, and I'm delighted to have my garage space back so quickly and with upgraded improvements to the mechanism and the function. I appreciated Andy's expertise, efficiency, and humor. It's hard to find a company so immediately accessible, responsive, and bringing a high standard of excellence on arrival.
