Scotty Johnson was a 5! … but the phone service agents need to have access to order and shipping information- took 5 calls for the “office” to confirm equipment delivery-after calling main number.. each day for 5 days..

Our garage door crumpled in on itself and literally wasn’t working. They told me 3-5 weeks to get the door in stock and then they’d come out ASAP because they knew we had a garage that wasn’t working. I get that there’s a shipping issue these days, so no problem there. 4 weeks go by and finally it’s in stock! Great, it’s Sunday and im not free Monday, but I’ll be around for the rest of the week. That didn’t matter because it took them an additional 2 weeks to even get out here. Poor time management and while they were happy to pretend they cared, they didn’t act like they care. The technician who installed the door was very nice and friendly!

I want to thank you for sending such a capable and knowledgeable technician, Richard McCann. He was prompt, skillful and offered a solution to the very shoddy work and materials provided by Pulte Homes showed us this issues and clearly explained the solution while offering us options based on cost. The rollers were slacked and ground down due to the door being improperly balanced, the springs were undersized and overwound, and the wheels were too small and made of cheap plastic (they wouldn't stay in the track). We now have a re-worked system that should last for years. We will certainly recommend Precision to our neighbors who undoubtedly will be experiencing similar issues as they had the same shoddy builder. Thank you, Richard and Precision.

The upsale practice is a turn off for me. The three options not such an issue, it's the "if you don't do this then this will break." I know selling when I hear it. The tech was friendly and arrived in allotted time frame.

Our technicians are highly trained and once a 25 point inspection is performed on the garage door, they are to present you with multiple options. Option one is just repair what you called us for and then the other options can cover more in depth repairs/replacements. The choice is yours to make on what you'd like done and how much of your money you want to spend. Our goal is for all customers to receive 5 star service and we hate that you feel as though you didn't. If we can help in the future, please don't hesitate to call.
