Greg did a great job doing an emergency fix on my garage door later in the evening. The door was VERY broken (much of it made worse by me trying to fix it myself) and I have no idea how he got it working again. He was also very friendly and easy to work with.

I was subjected to a sales pitch that I consideted very low class. I had an unused torsion bar already at my house and was told that it could not be used. The installers must have assumed me to ignorant and not have any idea about they were attempting to do.I sent them packing and got my problem fixed for 1/4 of the price they quoted. Shameful !!!

We called several companies, but Precision was the only company who conducted themselves with professionalism and courtesy. We were given an appointment with Greg Gary the very next day. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Within a few days, he was back installing three new motors and additional parts as recommended. Andy was excellent. Gave a clear explanation of problem. Did not pressure us into doing it. * noted that the springs are weak and its just a matter of time.
