After completing the work, he asked if I had any questions. This is the bonus. He changed the lightbulb that was out in my garage door system. Thumbs up.

Justin called with his arrival time and was earlier than expected. He completed the PM quickly and efficiently. Gave me plenty of pointers for doing my own PM. Also provided great input about upgrades and improvements. This is the third service call to Precision in ten years: two installs and one PM. The tech on each call was professional, timely and helpful. Could not ask for better service from Precision.

The repair was for a broken spring. The on-time performance was great and a total inspection of all of the garage door components was made with various recommendations and options. Overall service was very very good.

Seems a bit sketchy. Tech said he doesn’t get paid unless we go for the $129 fee to, not fix, but put lube on the joints to stop the screeching. Then he then shares how much the truck costs and that he only gets 11 mpg. Needless to say we gave him a cash tip…not at all comfortable with the visit.

Good on Brandon! He told us what our problem was and then fixed it quickly (electrical storm fried the circuitry around the motor). He also walked us through all the new bells and whistles in the new equipment he installed. Much improved over our last one.

Paul did an incredible job not just identifying the key problem, but inspecting my entire garage door to find contributing factors. He provided a number of options and the pros/cons of each. He came prepared with literature for any additional suggested options and upgrades. I had multiple options and estimates in 10 minutes, with documents and a clear explanation of each option’s impact on my immediate problem as well as future implications. Surprisingly, after choosing, he had the supplies on hand and finished the job quickly and professionally. An excellent experience all around. Fully recommend and definitely will use again if needed.

The guy that came over..Andrew..was very nice and knowledgeable but their prices was somewhat expensive. He said garage door needed a spring and new cables ($600+). Another company came out and said I needed a spring but nothing at all was wrong with the cables. Cost: $232. So, needless to say we went with the other company.

Richard was fantastic! Arrived early into the estimated window, reviewed the broken spring with me, and pointed out several other problematic items like bearings that had locked up. He talked through different options and their costs and explained every aspect fully and answered all our questions. He fixed it fairly quickly and got it working better than before, then walked through all his repairs and pointed out other things to consider for the future to extend the longevity of the garage door. Will definitely recommend your service to others when asked!
