Their tech called to let me know he was on the way and what time he would be there. We had 2 springs and cables replaced. He inspected and lubed our garage door and tested it with the opener to make sure everything functioned correctly. Our door is now quieter and smoother than it was.

Brandon Mills was my technician for today 5/31. I needed to replace the outside garage door opener. He also assisted me with additional education on the manual release lever for the actual garage door itself. He was so professional that I also had the routine maintenance package also performed on the garage door. Brandon was highly intelligent and upfront about all costs and what was included. Greg came late in the day after other calls took longer than expected. He could have rescheduled us for another day, but he still came as scheduled and fixed what turned out to be a warranty issue tightening the door springs installed last year. He explained what caused the issue and gave us options if our older motor develops any issues in the future.

Greg did a phenomenal job for us. We purchased two new openers and he took the time to install them correctly (no small feat since our house is 50 years old), even upgrading the buttons by the door to wifi. The components and labor were fairly priced, and the workmanship was excellent.

This review is for Precision Garage Door Service of Morrisville, NC. Matt did an incredible job of removing the old broken doors and installing the two new doors. In addition to the new doors, he used all new hardware, track and trim. I did not replace the openers since they are relatively new. He ensured the doors opened straight and level. He made sure the new trim was providing a good seal and that the doors could manually be opened and stay open in case of a power outage. He did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I am glad I chose them.
