It was explained to me I have a Wayne Dalton system and it would cost $1,300 to replace my springs and I would come out cheaper to call Wayne Dalton. I called Wayne Dalton made an appointment and was quoted a price of $450.00 for repair. Wayne Dalton has their own patented system. If you have a Wayne Dalton door installed and don't want to convert for $1,300 call Wayne Dalton. I was charged a service fee of $40.61

Garage doors are a pain, especially when your HOA insists on an all wood door in a humid climate, but Paul at Precision made it run smoothly. I was driving in another part of the state when we talked & he made everything simple. It cost money, but it’s fixed. Door works great…just needs replacement, ultimately!

Precision Door was very easy and accessible to schedule an appointment to repair and inspect my garage door. The expert technician, Greg, was prompt and friendly. He listened to my description about the problems experienced and stepped me through his approach to solving the issue along with the added multi-point inspection. Greg’s Knowledge and problem solving came to bear as it turned out to be an issue with a loose spring and the control card in the head unit. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome and the pricing was very fair. Being able to do on-the-spot, secure digital payment after I was satisfied everything was working correctly was very convenient. Greg was quick to let me know not to hesitate to contact him if follow up was needed. I also appreciated Greg sharing some operational facts about how a properly tuned garage door should behave along with troubleshooting tips to add to my mental tool kit. All in all working with Greg and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was a great experience and a solution resource I would highly recommend to anyone.

Repair was more extensive than expected, but Justin was great…knowledgeable, detailed with choices and very articulate with “why” for all options. Fair priced (not cheap), but the door and opener are now fixed properly.

I, by, accident hit one of the garage door safety sensors and broke it. I called Precision Door and spoke to a very nice lady about my problem. She was able to schedule a technician for the next morning. Trevor arrived and in less than 10 minutes had the sensors replaced. Precision Door is a company that I completely trust. I had a broken spring so my garage door failed. Greg from Precision Garage door came next day and replaced the spring. He was great!! I highly recommend Precision and Greg. 5 Stars for sure.

I called Precision after dealing with a super loud garage door opener and it failing. Dispute another company "fixing it" a few months ago. The secretary was super nice and sent someone out the very same day. Richard arrived and immediately found that the door was unbalanced and led to my other motor failing prematurely. He balanced the door, lubricated the wheels, chain and spring. Then he installed a new motor. Richard walked us through the security features of the new motor and helped us set up the App on our phone and all of our remotes. The garage door is so quiet now! Thank you Precision. I wish I had called you first!
