Trevor arrived at 12pm precisely for his 12-2pm appointment slot. He was courteous throughout. After performing his 25 point safety inspection he took the time to cost out and fully explain alternative solutions for my repair to ensure my system was safe and functioning efficiently. He did the same for the system on our second door. He carried out the repair to my door, having all the parts to hand, and I felt confident that it was running safely, and more quietly, by the time he left.
