The original equipment spring on our garage door broke, and we could not lift the door. Technician Paul came out on a Sunday morning. He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. A job well done!

Lucas, the installer, did a stellar installation. Kept us in the loop thruout the process, let us take our time deciding where the decorative hardware would go. Cleaned up everything and carted away all the old hardware and doors. Highly recommend him.

The tech was very knowledgeable but was trying to sell me far more than my garage doors actually needed. I had another company come in and do the required work for $270 less than the $700 Precision wanted once they got here.

Excellent experience all around! I called ~21:00 to request an appointment and got one for 14:00 the following day. Service technician Paul was courteous and knowledgeable. He quoted me a good package price to fix my garage door and upgrade my opener. I want to also emphasize that Precision sent Paul with everything he needed including the motor. There was no need to reschedule a second visit because he was prepared and everything was done right the first time! Paul even helped me reprogram my external and car remotes for the new opener. Excellent service. No need to shop around. Go with Precision! You'll be glad you did.

Andy did a thorough job not only during the repair but explaining to me the why behind the repair. When something else minor occurred as a result of the repair, Andy came out the very next morning and remediated the issue at no additional cost. Not the cheapest option but maybe the best option.

Very professional. Company provided constant updates as to the arrival date of my garage door. The installer was great. He explained everything regarding the door and the equipment. He paid attention to every single detail. He was so kind and so professional. He even moved so items out of his work path that were too heavy for me to move. Before he left, he wiped the door down removing all fingerprints, leaving everything spotless.

Brandon Mills did a wonderful job explaining what parts of my garage door were worn and needing to be replaced when I replaced the opener. I didn’t have a heads up on that from the sales team, so it was a bit of a surprise, but Brandon did such a good job explaining it all, that I was ok with the surprise large expense in addition to the opener to make sure I had a safe, well functioning system and to make sure the opener warranty would be valid. Brandon did a very good job installing the new opener and new spring, etc. He went through all the set up for the WiFi interface and made sure that, the car openers, and the remote opener were all working. He tested the safety sensors to make sure they were all working correctly. I love the new SO MUCH QUIETER opener and love that I can control it remotely and am happy that it has been updated so I don’t have to worry about it breaking down for many years to come. Many thanks to Brandon for exemplary service! Also, the scheduling person was very helpful as well. He called at the end of my service window and asked if they could reschedule for tomorrow but when he found out that I had made a special trip to the property to make sure I was there when they arrived today, he quickly said they would move some things around and would still come today. That is was much appreciated as well. I have used Precision before and have always had great experiences with installation and this was no exception.

The door I ordered had MoonLite inserts. The door I received did not. The installer, who did a great job, called the office and was told that the door that fits my door opening does not come with the Moonlite inserts. I waited 2 months ( + -) for the door. It would have been nice if I was told this before my order was placed. They me a 200.00 break on the cost, but I would rather have the Moonlite inserts.
