He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and gave me a few options for the short term fix to the long term longevity. He is also quite the salesman. Unfortunately with a little one on the way my budget is tight. So we were able to get the door fixed and at a reasonable price with a warranty. I would recommend to others. And I will use them again to finish my upgrade.

Jaxon and Andrew actually came early to replace my two garage doors. They both were very courteous and professional. My replacement involved a little extra drywall work and took a little longer, but they finished the job much faster than I expected. They cleaned up so well, that other than two new garage doors, it looks like they were never here.

Trevor arrived sooner than I expected. He quickly diagnosed the root cause of the wireless key pad malfunction. He performed a reprogram of the wireless key pad. Now entering the security code opens and closes the garage door as designed. I am very impressed with his professional approach and technical expertise.

Scheduled an appointment with Precision after seeing some of the other reviews on Google. They were quick to respond after requesting an appointment through their website. Greg called me 30min prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way and came right on time. We had a noisy door that did not seem to be running right along with a few other items we had noticed wrong with it. Greg completed a thorough inspection and presented us options on repair. He went over all the details. We were happy with his assessment and later repair, along with the before and after demonstration of the doors working as new. Will certainly look to have them back for any future service or repair.
