Greg then did excellent work in a short amount of time to get the job done! They were very efficient, sent someone over in an hour. Lucky, because garage door motor was stripped and couldn’t go up. Ricky Sanchez was our technician and he was friendly, knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman type. I needed a new motor and Ricky helped me choose a new one. I am so glad they carry a battery backup feature. That sold me on that model right away. He was very quick to take down and get rid of the old one and replace with a new one. He quoted about 90 min. And 90 minutes later he was done. Did a full explanation on how to work and maintain it. Always with a smile and clean.
