First very quick appointment which we needed the very next day not 4 or 5 days later. Mr. Scotty the technician knows his work. He communicated very well about the springs upgrade, warranty, all other parts, and maintenance. We did up grade our plastic bearing to a sealed bearing due to the fact cold weather could possibly make the plastic one crack and cause a different type of damage. Our garage now is so quiet no more clanging and clacking, but our neighbors do. We can hear theirs opening and closing sounds horrible. Mr. Scotty thank you. I Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Aaron Bean was our technician. He was exactly on time, identified the issue and fixed our very lid door back to normal. Very friendly and quick. They are not the least expensive option out there but he fixed our issue, got the garage opening smoothly and quietly and didn’t tell us we needed to buy a new garage door like another service did. Everything went well, the one thing I was not pleased with is the fact the people in the office will not answer your call or return a call. I was put on the wait list if someone cancel, well someone did cancel. I was called, I missed the call, but I called back, but no one answered the call. I left a message that I wanted the appointment. Never got a call or text or anything, about me getting the appointment. I was going out of town for a week, that is why I wanted the earlier appointment, I told her that when the first appointment was made.
