We had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors. Our garage door broke in a way that can only be described as total catastrophic failure. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily online for the next morning. Our technician, Aaron Sweet, was amazing. He knew his stuff and walked me through the repair. The price was reasonable for all the parts and labor. The garage door runs perfectly now and it's even quieter than it was before. It was a great experience!

My research included a Better Business Bureau search of this company where they have an impressive A+ rating. My expectations were exceeded from the start of my online chat about scheduling an appointment for garage door maintenance. I received an immediate response confirming they could assist with my maintenance request and was offered availability within two days. On the day of appointment the technician, Aaron Sweet, called to advise of his anticipated 45 minute arrival. I also received an email with Aaron's photo advising that he was on his way. I really appreciated that personal safety feature. Aaron was friendly and professional.He explained what the service appointment would entail. He said the garage door, springs and opener were in good condition and recommended two year inspections. He showed me that the rollers were worn. I asked for, and he gave me the replacement cost. He went a step further and also provided a total cost invoice prior to starting the work so that I would be completely informed. The inspection and work took less than 30 minutes. I confidently and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
