I was told by another company that I needed a new garage door. Because the customer service was poor I did not allow the job to be done. I called Precision and Scotty Johnson came right out. He quoted me a price for a REPAIR that saved me over $1000.00! His professionalism and knowledge of his craft was over the top. I’m so glad I didn’t replace a door that did not need to be replaced. Scotty, both kind and professional, came out and installed a new keypad, but he also took the time to check over the general operation of both our garage doors. He gave many helpful hints on how to best care for them in order to get a long life out of them. Excellent service!

Wow. Emailed yesterday (Sunday) morning about a non-urgent matter, wasn’t sure they’d be open the week of Christmas. Got a call to schedule within an hour (despite being a Sunday morning) and had the technician out by 8:30am the next day. Problem turned out to be bigger than expected, required a significant rebuild which was competed by 10:00am. Couldn’t have been more impressed by the professionalism, honesty and efficiency of the process.
