Scotty Johnson replaced everything but the tracks and doors on our 3 car garage yesterday. He was wonderful esp in explaining the damage to the old equipment, and how to use and maintain the new equipment. Left our house at 7:30 pm for another call. A very personable, professional hard worker. Hope I never need him again but if I do he will get my business!!!

Wow. Emailed yesterday (Sunday) morning about a non-urgent matter, wasn’t sure they’d be open the week of Christmas. Got a call to schedule within an hour (despite being a Sunday morning) and had the technician out by 8:30am the next day. Problem turned out to be bigger than expected, required a significant rebuild which was competed by 10:00am. Couldn’t have been more impressed by the professionalism, honesty and efficiency of the process.

I was told by another company that I needed a new garage door. Because the customer service was poor I did not allow the job to be done. I called Precision and Scotty Johnson came right out. He quoted me a price for a REPAIR that saved me over $1000.00! His professionalism and knowledge of his craft was over the top. I’m so glad I didn’t replace a door that did not need to be replaced.
