We had to have "emergency service" on Sunday when our spring broke. Our rollers were 17 years old and giving out, too. Scotty came out to our house, ahead of schedule(!), to take care of things. He reviewed the various options to help us make a decision. He is extremely knowledgeable and performed the work in an efficient manner. He reprogrammed both vehicles, too. Our door now works great and is much quieter than before. Would highly recommend Scotty.

My appointment window was for 8am-10am the next morning after I called. Scotty, called before he arrived and was very professional the whole time. He explained everything thoroughly and also took pictures inside the opener so we could see exactly what he was referring to. We ended up replacing our opener, but before doing so, Scotty gave us choices and explained the differences between each one. I chose Precision when I saw their TV Commercial. I called the same day I saw their commercial and Precision sent a technician to my home that day to resolve my problem.
