We ordered new doors 5 weeks ago with Andy saying it would take 2-4 weeks. Still haven’t heard anything. There’s a slight disconnect on when doors come in and what your reps are telling people.

Also, it looks like in our system that your ordered door is scheduled to be installed 7/30/25 so a bit over a month. Also, we wanted to note that because you ordered custom doors, those do have that time frame, but our team should have communicated that. Our internal team is more than happy to speak with you on this and make sure you are satisfied as well as we are all on the same page. We are here for you and your garage door needs.
