John P. With Precision Garage did an incredible job with our garage door motor and system replacement. We had to have the motor and system replaced following a lightning strike. He checked the old unit, presented three options for replacements and replaced the unit in the same service call. He is very personable and articulate. He walked me through how to use the unit and got me all set up. And he made sure the paperwork reflected the lightning surge damage. It was an absolute pleasure having John come out and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Aaron Sweet came out today and replaced my 20 year old chain drive garage door opener (getting kinda shaky) with a sweet (pun intended), WiFi + camera, super quiet belt drive opener. I think it only took 30-40 minutes. All my expectations were met/exceeded and it has a lifetime warranty.

The technician gave a a courtesy call to inform me of his arrival. Very punctual and polite introduction. I conveyed our problems with our garage doors to Aaron. He was obviously highly knowledgeable and experienced, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. In addition to fixing the first door, he went ahead and made an adjustment on our 2nd door, noting that it would eventually have the same problem. We could not have been more pleased!
