We had a complete drive system replacement, along with new springs, new rollers and brackets. John went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I met with John LeFevre this morning about installing a new steel garage door in the future. John was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure, and John brought up a few points some of which I hadn't considered. When I made my appointment, I was on the fence about having a new door installed, but after talking with John, I will certainly move forward with the purchase in a few months.

We needed a check up and new touch pad. Greg Gray was extremely knowledgeable about our particular motor and system. He taught us a lot about how to use the door in emergency, what to do if it gets off track or loses power. The touch pad had batteries that were corroded so he replaced it and programmed our remotes. The door needed lubrication as well. Very thorough, professional and just delightful to speak with. We appreciate you, Greg!!

The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Our amazing technician, Aaron was so kind and considerate throughout the entire process, from his call to us to let us know his ETA to following up once he had left. He, and the rest of the team, turned our traumatic morning once we realized our entire motor had blown and bent our track with the door stuck open to 3 hours later having a state of the art opener…it was gold standard care. By comparison, our home warranty wouldn’t budge with an appointment to diagnose until 5 days from our call. I will always recommend the Precision team, and especially Aaron.
