On appointment day I got a phone call from John Patton letting me know he was on his way. John was professional and friendly, listening to the door issues I was having. He did a quick fix of the situation and discussed maintenance tasks I could perform at home. He also talked about the system itself and expected lifespan of various parts. No sales pressure. I’ll use Precision again!

Aaron inspected the door and made fair “good, better, best” recommendations. Our repair was done right then as he had all of the parts on the truck ready to go. Since the service, the door moves quietly, even better than when it was first installed. The parts Precision uses are clearly top quality and the work comes with warranties. I highly recommend this company for value, professionalism, and quality.

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great.
