Scotty arrived exactly on time, displayed extensive knowledge about garage doors and openers, and efficiently installed our new openers as we requested. Scotty has close to 40 years of garage door/opener experience and has designed new features for openers in the past. Scotty clearly explained why he recommended certain openers based upon our requirements. He also recommended, based on the age, wear, and condition of our doors, replacement of some of the parts of our door mechanism. Scotty did an outstanding job installing the new parts and the new openers. He also made sure all our phones, car, and remotes were working properly before leaving. I would ask for Scotty in the future and would highly recommend him for any maintenance on a garage door or opener.
