I initially called another co. At the request of a family member out of town. I contacted them on Monday. They initially told me Thursday. Then rescheduled Friday since they were short staffed.They scheduled another day next week think it may take 2 visits. One friend recommended them on Tuesday. Another friend recommended them today. I had called earlier today to confirm today or tomorrow since I was told a contractor would be coming at 5 pm after his regular job. They do not work weekends nor do they carry standard parts on their work trucks. Your co. Had 2 open appts. This afternoon. I booked with you and cancelled with them as you could meet my needs today. Aaron Bean texted immediately after scheduling with a pic and short bio. He then called stating he was on his way. He was professional yet personable, friendly and explained what he would do, could do and price breakdown. He explained things via phone to a family member who looked at it last week. Kiddos to Aaron for resolving my issue today. Excellent customer service above and beyond. Unfortunately, such treatment is rare in the crazy world we live! Thank you Aaron Bean for your service and thank you to Precision for hiring and sending a knowledgeable person.

When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

Ask the customer what manufacturer of the door is before dispatching a tech. $100 to be told they don’t work on that should have been free.
