Scheduling was easy - Aaron Bean was our tech. He arrived on time with an appropriate call ahead to confirm when he would arrive. Aaron inspected the door and made fair “good, better, best” recommendations. Our repair was done right then as he had all of the parts on the truck ready to go. Since the service, the door moves quietly, even better than when it was first installed. The parts Precision uses are clearly top quality and the work comes with warranties. I highly recommend this company for value, professionalism, and quality.

Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great. I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

Very poor experience, I would recommend staying away from them. The technician checked out and initially said everything was fine on my garage door and said it only needs to be reprogrammed and said it would be $150, plus the $95 inspection fee. They advertise saying the $95 diagnostic fees goes towards any services and then in 10 mins the technician said the sensors are not working and it would be $350. It was fishy and looked like they wanted to scam additional $$$.
