I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very dishonest. Tried to charge me over $2k to replace springs on my double size garage door. Another company charged me just a fraction of that. Also, they try to box you in by charging $99 (non-refundable) just to show up, and charge you an additional 3% if you pay with credit card. They may delete this review from their website. If not, please beware and shop around instead

I decided to replace my old garage door unit after some parts broke that were no longer available. They had someone out the next day with everything on the truck ready to go. Tim came out and was awesome. He confirmed what I suspected was the problem, answered all my questions, and did an excellent clean new install. It is very rare I have someone come out to install anything but Tim was great!

The main spring on our garage door broke yesterday. We called garage door precision service and Scotty Johnson came out today. He presented us with two options. To fix what was needed option or the “Fix It Right” option that included checking, oiling and/or replacing everything on the garage door. We chose to fix it right option. Our garage door is so much quieter and it has a five year warranty. Scotty was professional, kind and very efficient!

My new Haas garage door, LiftMaster belt drive opener and exterior keypad were installed today and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, my Precision Garage Door of Raleigh experience was first rate! Sales John Lefevre explained exactly what would be done and office coordinator Kayla Paschal kept me informed all along the way. Installers Jaxon Fisher and Connor Fisher were pleasant, professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions, finished the installation in just over 2 hours, and left the site clean as a whistle. Kudos to the entire team!
