Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Andy arrived to replace the spring and was finished in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and the entire experience was painless and efficient. Great company with wonderful employees!

The young man who replaced my garage doors was so polite and did a wonderful job..making sure I understood what was done and how to work the openers. He answered my questions and took his time making sure I was comfortable working them. Everything was cleaned up when he was finished. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door company.

Precision Door Triangle replaced the Torsion bar, springs, all rollers and replaced the broken track and chain with a track and belt from motor to bar. The door can now be lifted or lowered easily by hand if electricity goes out and Greg added a surge protector to the motor plug. Greg did a wonderful job and I’ll be calling him in two years for an overall check and spring tension tuneup. It’s so quiet and glides effortlessly along the tracks! I’m very happy with the service Precision Door provided, especially on such a hot day! Service from start to finish was great.

****Update Gary the owner called me and he did right by giving me money back. I had my garage door opener replaced. The technician could not believe my garage springs were 20 years old. I asked him if there was anything I need to do, so he takes my can of WD40 and sprays them on the springs. I myself would think that would be something to spray on it. A day later the spring broke. Contacted the tech and he is telling me WD40 is fine to spray on the springs. Then why does every mention of WD40 sprayed on garage springs on Google say you should not. Anyway, he tells me no matter what lubricant he put on them it would have done the same thing, so I told him thank you for making it break sooner than later. For what the technician came out to do originally was a great experience. I had to go with another company to replace the springs. Just was not looking to immediately spend a lot more money to have both springs replaced. A replacement of a garage door opener became extremely costly.

The lady who scheduled my appointment with the technician early this morning was professional and friendly. Thomas called within the window of time she had given me to say he was enroute. He diagnosed my garage door problem immediately and resolved my minor issue. He answered my questions about maintenance, was courteous, professional, and was all done within approximately 3 hours of my call to the company. Greg Gray was my technician. He did a great job replacing the spring and rollers on my garage door. I had a new motor installed by precision door last year and he honored the estimate given to me at that time. He also fixed a short that was not allowing me to use the controller on the wall and fixed some trim on the outside that was loose. Thanks Greg! Good job!
