I called Precision Door Services after 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. They gave me an appointment time for next day on Wednesday. Richard McCann arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. He evaluated my garage door problem and explained three options to fix our garage door. He was very polite and completely explained each option, I decided which option to take and he started to work right away. We reviewed everything he had done at the end of the project. I am very satisfied with work preformed and will recommend Precision Door Services to my friends and neighbors. Thank you.

Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Tim Your technicians are very professional and do quality work. Unless I’m missing something, the markup on the springs and the bearings/plate are pretty excessive. I understand the need to cover costs.

Precision Door Triangle replaced the Torsion bar, springs, all rollers and replaced the broken track and chain with a track and belt from motor to bar. The door can now be lifted or lowered easily by hand if electricity goes out and Greg added a surge protector to the motor plug. Greg did a wonderful job and I’ll be calling him in two years for an overall check and spring tension tuneup. It’s so quiet and glides effortlessly along the tracks! I’m very happy with the service Precision Door provided, especially on such a hot day! Service from start to finish was great.
