Our garage door spring broke early Saturday morning as well as the bracket that connects to the motor arm. We couldn’t get our cars out. I called at 8am and Evan was there by 10 and had everything replaced and adjusted by lunch! He was very polite and careful working around our cars and my motorcycles. Thanks for great service!!

I've been a Precision customer for quite some time. I actually used the yellow pages to find them. My experience and why I'm still using them is the quality of the work, the knowledge of the technicians, and the professionalism of the technicians. Brandon Mills represented everything the company stands for when he came to do the work. He was courteous and helpful. Plus, I didn't feel like he was just there to sell me products. The fact that they are local and work with my schedule is an added plus.

Had a non emergency with our garage door. The door actually came down while we were coming into the garage, hitting the car but thankfully doing no damage. Called Precision Door and they came out same day. The technician Scotty realigned the door then checked all to make sure it operated properly. He was skilled, professional and communicated well. He was also efficient with his time and mine. Great to find a service company that actually delivers on what they say.

I first compared prices from Precision Garage door with that of another. Their price was cheaper and so I selected them for no other reason. Now, having hired them and door installed I am so happy! With the initial consultation, I was really pleased with the professionalism. Also, upon seeing my makeshift "headprotection" set on the garage overrail, it was asked if I wanted the rails raised. Something I didn't know was possible to do and very happy it was suggested! The team that came to insult the door, was also very courteous, efficient and professional. It all works and looks great. I just love my new door.
