Our garage door spring snapped. We called the office and they were able to send someone the next day. Devon was on time and worked within the warranty constraints to get our spring replaced! He was done in 20 minutes and our door was back to normal. Will definitely use you guys again!

I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service-Raleigh for a Torsion Rebuild on all three of my insulated overhead garage doors. One of the six springs on these garage doors had failed and since the doors were about 14 years old, I decided replace all six springs, primarily for safety reasons. However, one of the garage doors failed to work properly about 2 weeks after the Torsion Rebuild was done. Since, I was not using that door too often, I switched that door to manual mode and did not call Precision Garage Doors-Raleigh for about 11 months. The Service Technician (Richard McMann) arrived promptly and resolved the problem with that door. They also honored their 1-year warranty on labor, without my asking. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door-Raleigh to my family and friends, with the caveat that the service technician would have to be Richard McCann.

The spring on our garage broke and I could not get it open. I called Precision and a technican, Devon, was there the same day. He had the replacement spring in his truck and had the problem repaired in about an hour. He was polite and informative, can't say enough about the response and service from this company. Thank you.
