Chris was super: knowlegeable, efficient, professional. He arrived a bit early, which was good, after calling ahead. He proceeded to explain everything clearly and install all the new things so that they work exceedingly well.

Justin, showed up on time. Did a detailed description of what needed to be done. Plus gave us other options to discuss. Since the opener was over 16 years old, instead of putting a band aid on it we decided to completely replace it. We could not be happier. Justin made this work and decision seamless. I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.

Seems like good work, but was charged roughly $100 more than what was quoted. Rather than arguing, I just paid the fee. Customer service called after I left a 3-star review to see what they could do to make things right, and they agreed to refund me $100.
Thank you so much for your feedback and we are happy we could work with you to make the experience 5 star!

Our technician was excellent. He explained all issues associated with our garage door and explained why the repairs that he recommended were necessary. He completed the work efficiently and effectively. He also went above and beyond by helping us set up the garage door app. I think that he might have been the best repairman/technician that I have ever worked with. Thanks very much to you and to Precision.
