The experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was fantastic. The garage door broke on Thursday morning. I called Precision in the morning. They said the tech Andy would be here between 10 am and 12 pm. Andy called early and asked if could come around 9:30. He was on time. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. The job was completed by11:15. Andy did a great job. I recommend him highly.

We called late Tuesday afternoon and the next morning Evan Kopel called to inform us that he would be at our home in approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving he asked several questions and then thoroughly checked out the garage door and hardware. He then explained the problems he had found and told us that he would put together some repair options for us. In a few minutes, he explained the minimum and maximum repairs that could be made to solve our problems. He didn’t push us toward a specific option and assured us that even the least expensive option would take care of our immediate problems. He began working and my wife and I decided that it might wiser to have some the additional items taken care of now rather than waiting. Prior to completing that portion we also decided to have a new opener installed since ours was making quite a bit of noise. Evan also completed that portion of the job for us as well. Evan was extremely polite and professional the entire morning. We would highly recommend him and Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

My garage door mysteriously opened and no remote or panel would close it. I contacted Precision at 8 am and they were able to shedule a visit for 2pm. Excellent service! Thomas B. Provided excellent service. He was able to come to my house within a couple of hours of the original call. My garage was fixed and he actually found that my springs and bearings were wearing down and so he replaced those at the same time. My garage door works great!
