We have a newly built home and after 3 years I woke up this morning to a broken garage spring. I called the company who installed the system only to be told that the next service call would be mid next week, which was unacceptable! I’ve worked with Precision Garage Doors back in New York and know them to be of the highest quality. I gave them a call and was informed that they would be out within a couple of hours. Our tech was Tim McRea who was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options for me to select from which fixed the problem. This will once again be my go to company for solutions!

He then spoke to my home warranty insurance rep to provide details of repair to get their authorization. He then fixed and replaced old parts so door will last for years. Very pleased with service. Richard McCann was our Precision rep and he was 100% friendly and professional. He worked around a last-minute work complication of mine, did an excellent job explaining the core problem we were facing, answered my questions directly and intelligently, and presented me with several options to get our repairs completed. Once we had a plan, he did all of the work quickly and efficiently. I had no unmet expectations at all, and assuming he's representative of Precision as a whole I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they had a tech Michael Ottoen here Monday morning. Michael was very knowledgeable of garage door parts and mechanics. He identified the problem and expalined options to fix the spring and replace other parts that would otherwise require replacement in the near future. Michael make the corrections and the door now functions as expected. IMichael was friendly and easy to discuss options. I recommend Presicsion to others based on this occurance.
