I’m not sure how you got a technician from your shop to my residence in an hour and 50 minutes after a phone call when the trip takes an hour and 10 minutes but I am very grateful. Jon H is a very knowledgeable technician and did a great job explaining all of my options and doing the repair work. Everything was installed as quoted with no issues. All though the Garage door is very expensive, Everything turned out just the way I would want to. PS I don’t get why there is a section to tip when you put in your credit card, in I found that to be very offensive after spending $7800 I feel you do not need to tip a professional and you should reward them with an annual bonus internally with your company.

Chris did a superlative job fixing our garage door. We had an appointment in the afternoon but he called ahead and said he could get to it earlier since he was nearby, and he did. After assessing the problem, he gave us several solutions to choose from, which he thoroughly explained. He worked efficiently, answered all of our questions, demonstrated everything and then cleaned up immaculately. Tremendously impressed with Precision and also with Chris and his service, which I can highly recommend. Glad we don’t have to call for help frequently, but when we do, we know what kind of service we will receive!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a repair company in Fayetteville!! I called and got an appointment the same day. She said he’d be here between 12:00-4:00 The technician Jon called on the way and arrived at exactly 12:00. There was no having to wait around for half a day. He had both my garage doors fixed and serviced within 30 min. The price was extremely reasonable. Our technician Jon H was fantastic!! He explained how all the components worked and showed me what broke. Did a great job fixing them. Both doors work properly again and are as quiet as the first day they were put in. We will definitely use them for ALL future garage door needs and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
