Teddy and his partner were professional and wasted no time getting the old warped door down and the new insulated door installed. They tweaked it to perfection noticing any and all irregularities. Runs smoothly and the look is so much better. Adding the insulation to the door remains to be seen, but I anticipate positive results over these upcoming fall/winter months. This review comes somewhat later than we had intended, but we would like to say that Jonathan M. did an ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT job installing our new garage door! He was very kind, polite, respectful and professional and his work was SUPERB! He exuded the utmost confidence in his knowledge of garage door installation. He was on time for the job and executed within the amount of time he had quoted. We were extremely impressed and the garage door is a far cry from what we had and oh, so quiet! It's so quiet that we wonder in that moment if it's actually working and extremely delighted that it is! Jonathan even gave us tips on maintenance of the garage door. Two thumbs up!! Also, Mr. Lefevre, our salesman, was very kind, professional, understanding with our concerns, and delivered as he promised! We would definitely recommend both men and Precision Garage Door Service! I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!
