Greg came out and walked me through all of the options. I ended up going with the highest level package because of all of the things it came with. Greg didn't push, pry, or try to force any package on me. Just answered every question I had and then proceeded to do fine work. Garage parts now warrantied up to 7 years with 1 year labor warranty! ALSO THEY CAME OUT SAME DAY. Highly recommend.

Andy Maynard from Precision helped to turn a really frustrating challenge into a great customer experience. We had our most-used garage door completely fail, and I soon realized that I was way out of my depth in terms of my ability to fix it. I called Precision expecting to have to wait, but they had Andy out to our house the next day (after offering same day service). He did a thorough inspection and not only explained everything to me, he actually showed me the parts that had failed, and walked me through "good," "better," and "best" options for my repair and replacement project. Once we decided on the path forward, he was super efficient. He had all the necessary parts on his truck, and less than two hours later, I had a brand new motor, a new spring, and a few other upgraded parts. Andy then walked through everything he'd done, including showing me some operating and maintenance tricks that would keep our new equipment in good working order. I greatly appreciated the clear communication and Andy's willingness to teach/show, as I made me incredibly confident in spending the money on his expert recommendation. I don't want to deal with broken garage doors myself, but when the inevitable happens again, I will immediately call Precision and ask for Andy.

The business was able to resolve our issue.
Customer’s garage door was off track when the technician arrived. Customer was informed that without getting the door on track and back in place that the cause of the issue could not be known. Customer was told the door off track fee would be $300 to get it back in place and further inspection would take place after that. Once the door was in place the technician informed the homeowner that the repair to ensure it did not happen again would be $150, but otherwise the door would go up and down in its current state but likely to happen again if the root cause was not corrected. The general manager spoke with the customer and the confusion about what the $300 cost covered was explained. They then agreed to have a technician return to his home on 9/15/23 to reevaluate the door and complete any repairs to make sure the issue doesn't happen again, and this will be done at no additional cost to the customer.
