The hinge on our garage door broke and we had to manually close and open it. We called Precision and they came out the very next day. They assessed the issue and showed us our options, which we appreciated. They also reinforced the other loose hardware that we didn’t realize were loosed. The service guy (Richard) was friendly, professional, and quick.

We have been using Precision garage door for about 20 years, and have been very pleased overall. Our technician today was Greg, and he was outstanding. Greg was very professional, polite and friendly, and very efficient in replacing a broken spring. He then inspected our entire system, and lubricated the hinges to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. It was very easy to schedule our appointment, Greg called to let us know when he was on his way, and we will definitely request Greg for any future repairs that may be needed.

Had an issue with my garage door sensors, called Precision Door Triangle, and they arrived the same day. Richard McCann quickly fixed the sensors and gave me some great pointers on maintenance. Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. A few weeks later, the belt on my 18 year old opener broke so I decided it was time to replace the opener with a new one. Again I called upon Precision Door and Evan Kopel did a fantastic job installing the new opener. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. Precision Door is simply the best for garage door maintenance, repair, and installation.
