My first experience with Precision was enjoyable. The technician was very friendly and perfessional. Not only did he do a very very very good job of up grading my garage door opener he took his time to explain each and every component what they do and why they fell. So not only did Greg fix my issue now I know how a garage door opener should perform when done right and trust me Greg is the man that will do the job right!!!!! Sorry to to get a little long winded but when you get excellent service there is no loss for words. As I end this praise(lol) I will say to the corporate that on precision that Greg is a tremendous asset to your company take care of him because is truly a gift to your company.

I was really surprised by how everything went so smoothly and quickly and professionally, from my initial call to scheduling through the service. Richard McCann was our technician. He arrived early, was friendly, knew exactly what we needed, and replaced our spring in no time. Gave me a walkthrough and even lubricated our second door. Great experience. Would use them again in a second and will recommend.

Very happy with our new doors. So quiet and they look great. Installer was very efficient. He worked by himself and I hardly knew he was here. There was no trash and he took away the old doors. The initial contact that came out th give the estimate was knowledgeable and made the process easy. Lots of choices and options for personalization. Would certainly recommend this company!
