Complete installation of new garage door and assembly .. They actually done a great job and the only negative things I would have made it a 4.5 if possible was not cleaning up the flooring back to the way it was when they were finished and helping me with the programming of my phone to the inside control station.. Used the manual and it took quite a while because it wasn’t explained to me. I purchased the top of the line with Wi-Fi so it can be viewed and controlled from a smartphone.. I do have to admit I’m not the smartest when it comes to these things but when you spend the money for equipment with that capability they should take the time to help with setup.. 5/24/2024

Our garage door and motor needed to be replaced and the new door and motor weren’t going to be delivered until next month but everything arrived quicker than the estimated time frame by several weeks! We are very satisfied with the company and how the entire process went.

I like to send a big Thank You to Jon Holbrook of Precision Door. He went above and beyond servicing our garage door. He came by to give my wife and I an estimate right about 5pm which was better for us. But after giving the estimate I asked when he could do the repair and he said now. This was not a minor repair and I was surprised he was going to do this after 5pm on a Friday. Jon was finished and cleaned everything up by 6pm. Awesome customer service!!
