This place is a complete SCAM! Be aware!! They were going to try and charge us $1399.00 for a replacement of garage door spring system, most companies install the same system for less than $500! Do not use this place, please call around before calling them. The company we used told us they charge more so they can pay more for advertising! Even though it shows they’re #1 when you google, they are a SCAM!!They also charge a $75 show up fee when don’t do anything, most places will give free estimates. PLEASE take the time to call around first, DO NOT CALL THEM!!!

Garage door opener failing on Sunday. I called and we had Scotty here within 13 hours! Very knowledgeable and professional. He had rebuilt the system - replaced pretty much every part with new upgraded parts within 1.5 hours. The opener has never been so quiet and efficient. I will never call anyone except Precision Garage Door again - although I probably will never need to.

So I'll start with the good. It was very easy to get someone out to look at my broken garage door. The technician was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and in a word great! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than an hour. A couple of other places I called had at least a day wait to get someone out and couldn't guarantee they'd have the parts they needed. So why a 2 star review? In a word, pricing. I checked the invoice and it didn't list individual parts so I looked up what parts I could and the markup is criminal. I believe I probably paid at least twice what the job should have cost. This is largely my fault for not shopping around and being patient. I wouldn't recommend using Precision Garage door unless cost isn't a concern or you need the work done immediately.

We had a very unfortunate situation of coming home late into the evening and upon hitting the door remote to open the garage door, it basically froze in place 2 inches off the ground. I called Precision as they promoted 24x7 answering of calls. I was expecting some call center to pick up and take a message. I was completely taken back when a real person answered a d actually was able to make an appointment for me within two hours of calling them. Then came Evan in response to the call. I was given a window if 10p - 12 midnight; he showed up at 10:30p. He was dressed in his uniform and ready to go. Evan was extremely polite and professional, identified the challenge(s) that needed to be corrected and got to it. He offered the band-aid fix and a more comprehensive repair for consideration. We took the comprehensive repair for only a little bit more. Evan basically did a rebuild of tge garage opening system. He had all the hardware minus an item or two that was really not garage door materials but necessary to make the job right. I gladly contributed some scap lumber to help him out. When the job was completed, Evan did a walk through to ensure all scrap was picked, made sure I knew exactly the items repaired/replaced, had me check to make sure it was operational to my liking, and provided me a clear bill for service. Strongly recommend this company and Evan by name fir any garage service.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question. The service was excellent. Thank you!
