Mike came here on a repair service call. Upon inspection, Mike explained the issues with our current door and what it would take to get the garage door back in good working order. We then weighed repairing the door versus installing a new better garage door. Mike went over everything with us and without any pressure or hard sell, we decided to have a new garage door installed. Mike was very friendly, polite and respectful. He answered all of of questions and addressed all of our concerns. I think we are going to be very happy with our decision.
