Andy was very professional and I trusted that what he told me was true. $1500 for a complete rebuild of bearings/springs/rollers/etc for my 28 year old door. That’s a lot of money but worth it, in my opinion, for a door that has not had anything replaced ( other than a spring) in a long time. (Only $50 per year!)

Came out same day. 18 year old motor finally gave up. Greg didn't have the rail necessary in his truck and drove back to get it late on a Friday afternoon and had us up and running again pretty quick. Then he programmed our cars and the new keypad. I felt bad knowing Greg had another call that would take him past the end of the work day to finish for sure but you'd have never known it. He had a positive attitude the from start to finish. New motor is quiet, very satisfied.

She and was very professional, and did an amazing job of coaching me thru options on the fly during the install as there were a couple of unforeseen challenges with the install. Shane found workarounds and got the necessary equipment to make the install happen without making major modifications. We have had the garage door for 3 months and it is amazing! The service was efficient and quick. However it was much more expensive than I was told over the phone. When I called for service I ask about the free service call with any repair and I was told they were not aware of a coupon offer. I was only able to find a coupon on the internet for $15 not the full service charge. The TV ad and internet is advertising $75 off. That was disappointing and misleading.
