I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! Yes, the technician did the good job, I have no issues with him. But, I had a broken belt, instead of just replacing it he replaced the whole assembly. As per him it is company policy to replace the assembly, I think it is not necessary, I just need the belt. It cast me way more than I expected.

I've been a Precision customer for quite some time. I actually used the yellow pages to find them. My experience and why I'm still using them is the quality of the work, the knowledge of the technicians, and the professionalism of the technicians. Brandon Mills represented everything the company stands for when he came to do the work. He was courteous and helpful. Plus, I didn't feel like he was just there to sell me products. The fact that they are local and work with my schedule is an added plus.
