Chris called and said he was on the way and arrived in his ETA of 30 minutes. He was very curtious and after checking our system, he recommended we replace our 12 yr old garage door opener, which I okayed. He replaced it within 40 minutes and explained exactly how to use the new opener devices. Will definitely continue to use Precision!

Our garage door was 26 years old and had completely broken, and he carefully explained why replacing it would be our best option. What we appreciated most was that he never pressured us. Instead, he patiently walked us through all of the available options and made sure we fully understood exactly what we would be getting with our final choice. He answered every question clearly and honestly. He originally told us it might take up to two weeks for installation, so we were pleasantly surprised when he came on Saturday, the office called us Monday, and the new garage door was installed the very next day! Always the best service with Precision. Richard our technician saw my concern with the bottom molding on my garage door. It was old and needed replacement so nothing could get into the garage. Plus the outside molding had turned yellow and could also be replaced and now my garage door looks brand new.

Five stars for quality of service, two-three stars for cost. The technician did an excellent job and was friendly, professional, and thorough. He gave me several different estimates for what could be done to address my situation ranging from doing the bare minimum to replacing all worn parts. He did not pressure me at all. I reluctantly ended up choosing the more expensive option, but in all honesty, I thought the cost was exorbitant, something over which he had no control. Before the estimate, I was anticipating a maximum of $1000; it turned out to be almost three times that on a job that took just over two hours to complete. I may be out of touch with today's prices, but the materials cost far more than I thought they should have. I did not shop around other options; maybe they would have been no different, and perhaps I should have. Something tells me your mark-up must be huge. I couldn’t have asked for better quality of service, but i might have hoped for a more reasonable cost.
