Andy of Precision Doors arrived as scheduled, promptly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, and offered several fixes of different price ranges. After choosing the desired repair, Andy immediately set to work. The repairs were completely within 60-75 minutes. Andy cleaned everything from the repair work and left a clean garage. Our garage door stopped working late Saturday and I called not expecting anyone to answer. I was surprised but I explained the problem and got an appointment for Monday morning. I'm in a motorized wheelchair and I need the garage door to work otherwise I can't get outside. The technician arrived on time and replaced the springs and rollers in 2 hours. I heartily recommend Precision Door.

I choose Precision because of past experience. They are reliable and always provide courteous service. We have been a customer for almost 20 years now. Our technician Greg was excellent. He explained the various options and packages for repairing the door problem. Greg also recommended a surge protector, which I thought was ideal given the number of storms and power outages.

One of the springs on our garage door broke yesterday about 5:00 pm and PDS made an appointment for us the next day which was great bc both of our cars were in the garage and the door was inoperable. Evan went above and beyond expectations. Along with doing the requested repair, he discovered something else that needed attention. The door works far better now.
