My remote keypad needed replacing and I requested service for my two garage doors. Andy was very polite, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and completed the services quickly. Precision installed my doors in 2010 and this is the 2nd time they have serviced them. I would highly recommend them for your garage door purchase or replacement.

I was really surprised by how everything went so smoothly and quickly and professionally, from my initial call to scheduling through the service. Richard McCann was our technician. He arrived early, was friendly, knew exactly what we needed, and replaced our spring in no time. Gave me a walkthrough and even lubricated our second door. Great experience. Matt did a great job repairing our garage door. Our springs needs adjusting because we didn’t realize how often we were using the garage door to enter and exit our home. We’ve changed that now to use our home front door instead of the garage door. Matt gave us this and several other valuable tips to help us extend the service life of our garage door system. I've used Precision every time I had an issue with my garage doors. Good service and knowledgeable employees. But this time the price literally blew me away. Trevor mentioned a price change but this time it seem ridiculously high. $1300 to repair my wife's garage door. He wasn't at my house an hour. Again good service but the price may make me look elsewhere.
