I first compared prices from Precision Garage door with that of another. Their price was cheaper and so I selected them for no other reason. Now, having hired them and door installed I am so happy! With the initial consultation, I was really pleased with the professionalism. Also, upon seeing my makeshift "headprotection" set on the garage overrail, it was asked if I wanted the rails raised. Something I didn't know was possible to do and very happy it was suggested! The team that came to insult the door, was also very courteous, efficient and professional. It all works and looks great. I just love my new door.

I called Precision and they came out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. Greg was very courteous and fast and explained what he was fixing and why. The springs were broken and he replaced them. Afterwards, he did a great job explaining the sheet that documented the inspection of all the garage parts!

Michael Ottosen was assigned to repair my broken spring and various other issues. He was very polite and professional. I was a service Manager for 25 years with a IT company and i only wish that I had this kind of talent and courtesy working for me. He as friendly and took charge of fixing the broken spring as well as the shaft bearing. He also replace the door bottom weather strip. While the price was higher than I had anticipated, all in all, I am satisfied that I now have a very dependable and quite garage door again.

Excellent service today by Evan!!! I called at 8:30 am and Precision had a technician here by 10:00 am. Our spring busted over the weekend, with a car inside. Evan was prompt, polite and explained everything thoroughly. He went over and beyond helping me move a few things to gain better/safer access.

At 10AM Saturday Morning, our Garage Door Spring sprung with a loud "Bang". Both our cars were trapped in the garage as we could not ascertain a way to open the door manually. My wife did some quick research on the Internet and saw the fabulous Reviews for Precision Garage Doors, so at 10:30AM I gave them a call. I spoke with a delightful lady who said they could have a Technician at our home by 2PM. Evan Kopel arrived at 1:30PM and was quickly able to raise the door so we were able to get our cars out. He then did a Safety Inspection which revealed that much of our Garage Door system was in need of maintenance. That was not surprising as our home was built in 2004. We purchased the home in 2012 and have only had the Garage Door serviced once, likely about 10 years ago. Evan then presented us with three Repair Options, showing pricing for the "Must Do" (replace the Spring) and two "Should Dos" (replace the Rollers and also other components), He clearly and professionally explained the rationale for each Option. Given Evan's attention to detail, we elected to get all the work done - which Evan immediately began to do. The work was completed in less than an hour and we were delighted to receive a Military Discount which saved us almost $100. Having learned our lesson we plan to have Evan revisit on an annual basis to Inspect the Garage Door system and perform any necessary maintenance so we will not encounter any future surprises like the one we received last Saturday Morning. Great Job Evan - Thank You!

We had an issue programming our new car, remote garage door opener with our garage doors. I called Precision late in the afternoon, and they had someone out early the next a.m. The scheduling person was professional, polite and very efficient. The morning of the scheduled visit, the technician, Scotty Johnson, called and texted me to advise he could come earlier if OK with me. In spite of the new technology in the car, Scotty knew exactly what to do and had the remote functioning in no time. He too was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Torsion spring on 13-yr old double door broke 6:30 pm. Called 24/7 phone number and scheduled repair for next morning. They arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and replaced 2 springs and serviced other things. Price seemed a bit high but they explained it well before doing work.
