Great experience with precision overhead door today. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made good recommendations. And now I have awesome doors that will last probably longer than me! The list of items purchased in service was not allowing me to select more than just one, but there were several services and products that I purchased today. All worthwhile in my view.

Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

Richard did an amazing job! He was out at our house within 18 hours of us calling to say our garage door wasn’t working, and he had it fixed in an hour. He went above and beyond to give us all the options and was honest about what we needed and what could wait.
