He replaced springs, motor, opener, added a key pad, replaced sensors, cable set, rollers and helped us set up the door opener option using the phone app. He was professional and accomplished all this in record time! We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.

This company is a absolute rip off.. i recommend calling around and getting quotes from other companies.. this company is full of people who will overprice you without caring .. they are dishonest they try and sell you parts you don’t need.. my safety eyes were out of line and they tryed to sell me a new door.. there prices for a rebuild are insane .. other companies i get quotes of anywhere between 7 to 999. This company tryed to charge me 1600.. in my estimation there dirty and will overcharge you for items you don’t need .. make sure if u call them to stay around them in your garage because they will do things to make you seem you need something when u don’t .. if I could give them a 0 stars I would .. there is no place in the service industry for scammers like precision garage doors .. stay away from them if you want to keep your money

Lucas Fisher and Tim McRae were both courteous and meticulous while installing our new garage door and opener. They noticed a defect in the upper panel of our newly installed door, brought it to our attention and arranged for a replacement panel. Although the garage door was useable, the replacement panel was installed 8 days later by Lucas. The defect, which I noticed when they left, would have effected the long term garage door performance and could result in further door damage. They accepted partial payment until the installation was completed. After the initial door installation, Lucas helped us setup the MyQ WiFi system, program the wireless Keyless Entry system and understand programming of the remote controls in a manner that was clear and accurate. I had a number of questions answered including questions about not using LED light bulbs with the newly installed opener. He correctly explained that he was installing LED bulbs rated for garage door use. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with this garage door service company and their installers.
