The receptionist was very thorough on my initial phone call. Paul called me to tell me his arrival time and was prompt. The technician (Andy Maynard) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond working with me while I was at work to repair my door. He listen to everything I explained to make sure the repair was completed correctly and to save me money. At first he told me that both springs needed to be replaced $800 and then figured out that the cable/chain jumped the track and only needed adjusted. Thank goodness. Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Called Precision on a Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. Greg was available earlier in the day than scheduled and we realized I had some items in the way and so Greg went on some other jobs and came back later after I got off work and was able to clear the area he needed. Thank you for the flexibility! He ended up staying well after dark to get my job done, which I really appreciated. This is the second time we used Precision over the years. Quality work both times and they honored the estimate given by phone. Greg was great and I highly recommend both.

The response time and quality of service from Precision is very consistent and dependable. I have had to use their services three times over the last 10 years, and each time they arrived within 24 hours, explained the problem in a meaningful manner, and provided immediate service at a fair cost. It would have been nice if my house was built to a higher standard of quality. However, it is good to know that the repairs Precision provides will last much longer than the original build, such as upgrading to 2 springs from 1 for a double garage door thus preventing premature breakage. I definitely recommend them for service.
