My garage door wouldn’t open. I called the company Friday night, they arrived promptly 8 am Saturday morning .Richard McCann was absolutely wonderful. No pressure- analyzed my issue- gave me several options- and straight forward advise on how to proceed. He did quick efficient work and explained how to use all my new equipment thoroughly. Can’t say enough positive things about this young man, SO REFRESHING to have this kind of service. He is a True asset to this company!! Overall extremely pleased with my experience- will definitely recommend to others 100%

Been dealing with a wonky garage door for a few weeks. Finally but the bullet and looked up some repair folks online. Found precision had great reviews so gave them a ring. Called at 6PM and got a live person on the phone who scheduled a tech for the next day with a window of 4-8PM. 4PM rolls around and I get a text from the tech letting me know they’ll arrive at 5PM. They arrived promptly at 5PM. Scotty and Richard were very professional and polite. Quickly identified the problem and provided a fair quote to fix the issue and improve the overall performance. Took 20-30 mins to fix and they were on their way but not before they provided some great tips to keep the door in shape for years to come. Excellent work. Love the use of technology to provide great customer service. Highly recommend!

Had a technician come to fix springs of garage door. He came on time and was nice. Our current garage door spring is torque master plus. He recommended replace springs with other type likely torsion system with a quote total $1200 after discount!!!! Googled the cost for conversion the system and it is around $400! There is no way we should pay $1200!!!
We are very sorry to see that you feel like you received 1 star service because of the pricing. We would love to answer any questions that you might have as to why the pricing is so different. Please make sure when you compare the prices of the springs, you are comparing identical springs from both companies. Of course if you order some online, you would have to pay for the parts, plus labor and shipping, so that would be added into your cost. Our service would also come with a warranty for both parts and labor. We wish we could have worked with you, but we completely understand the hesitation because of the price. Please don't hesitate to call if we can assist you in the future.

You guys are on point! Our door broke last night. Your service tech came first thing this morning (Scotty Johnson). He gave us a quick quote to fix it (good, better, best) and an estimate on a new door. Very professional, not pushy, just informed us of all our options. We chose a new door. . and I'm so glad we did! Your install tech (Luke Fisher) was at our house by 12:30 pm the same day!! Wow! Luke gave me a run down of how long it would take to install and got right to work. He was done in the time he quoted. He went over proper door maintenance and assured me, if we had any issues you would be right out to address them. Both Scotty and Luke are a credit to your company's professionalism and pride in your product and service. Your service is over and above all my expectations. I still can't believe in less than 24 hours, I have a brand new beautiful insulated garage door. Thank you! I can't say enough.

$75 to just get a quote of a possible repair. NO THANKS
We are sorry to see you're unhappy with the service fee that is charged. Most companies that you call to perform work at your home will charge a service fee regardless if work is done or not. We waive our service fee if you decide to have us repair your garage door. This is discussed when you schedule your appointment. We tried to search your name so we could listen to the recorded call to make sure the call center did in fact tell you about the service fee, and if they didn't, we want to make sure they are doing that so it isn't a surprise. With just your first name and last initial, there is no account to pull up for us to review the call. Companies typically charge a small service fee so they are able to compensate for the time slot taken, the time of the employee, the money it takes to maintain the trucks, gas, insurance, etc. If you would like to speak with us further about this, please call our office and we can discuss it. We do appreciate you considering Precision for your garage door needs.

I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I called at 11:15 and Paul came and replaced springs and my door was working by 1:00 pm. So impressed with Precision and Paul in particular. When I called, the receptionist was very exceptional also. Great job!!! I’ll definitely recommend you guys!!
